




The Fredericksburg Greek Festival
FOOD & FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!
For more than 30 years, the annual Fredericksburg Greek Festival has drawn huge crowds who enjoy delicious, authentic Greek food favorites, lively music, and celebration. We welcome everyone in the Fredericksburg community to join our Greek family and learn more about our food, culture, and history! We serve a wide variety of Greek food, Greek beer and wine, and soft drinks.

SOUVLAKI
Marinated chunks of pork or chicken, skewered and grilled
PASTICHIO
Layers of Greek pasta, grated cheese, sautéed ground beef in a béchamel sauce
OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN OREGANATO
Half roasted chicken baked with oregano, spices, and a generous splash of lemon
SOUZOUKAKIA
Greek meatballs made from ground beef and spices, baked in garlicky tomato sauce
DOLMADES
6 grapeleaves stuffed with seasoned rice in olive oil and lemon
MOUSAKA
Layers of fresh eggplant, sliced potatoes, seasoned ground beef, topped with béchamel sauce
RICE PILAF

Lamb Shank (oven roasted with onion)
SPANAKOPITA
Spinach pie in buttered filo dough
FASOLAKIA
Green beans stewed in seasoned tomato sauce
GYRO
Open faced pita sandwich of lamb/beef mixture with tzatziki, lettuce, feta, onions, and tomato

Marinated & seasoned pork or chicken on a skewer with pita bread, tzatziki, lettuce, feta, onions, and tomato

Fresh fried potatoes with Greek seasonings, finished with a splash of lemon
